    • Ensuring absolute satisfaction and happiness of each customer by offering the best functional and technical support.
    • Online and Onsite Software Training.
    • Online and Onsite Technical support which includes resolving client queries, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring absolute customer satisfaction.
    • Upgradations of the software versions.
    • Work closely with development team during Software Development Cycle.

     

    IT Sales Associate

    Experience: 1 – 2 years, Positions Open: 2

    We are looking for IT Sales Associates who has 1 – 2 years of experience in ERP / CRM sales.

    Job Profile:

    • Experience in Full Sales Lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
    • Generating leads, making cold calls and handle Demos /presentations.
    • Identify opportunities, challenges and create strategies to maximize software sales.
    • Good written and verbal communication.
    • Good Presentation skills.
    • Negotiation Skills.
